These terms govern the use of the PakLoom Wrap website and any packaging enquiry or order placed with us.
Quotations are based on the specifications, quantity and delivery details provided by the customer and may be revised if requirements change.
Our standard payment structure is 50% advance before production and 50% balance after final product photo/video approval, prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders are manufactured through our Pakistan-based manufacturing network and checked for quality before dispatch. Photos and videos of the finished order are shared for approval before shipment.
Shipping is arranged after full payment is received. Estimated transit time and shipping costs are confirmed at the time of quotation and may vary by destination.
Because packaging is produced to each customer's specifications, custom orders are generally not eligible for return once production has begun, except where the finished product does not match the approved specification.
